you can post 1 article on each site daily bases and then submit your site in most popular bookmarking sites. like : Digg, Stumble, delicious and reddit etc

I agree with Alenn, its a good idea to steadily build UNIQUE content then it is a good idea to assign teams to handle a set of blogs. Work on gaining links and promoting them using social media.
Article submission sites are a good way to get quality links AND traffic to your site. If you have some spare time, maybe try that?
Do Viral. I mean connect all your blogs to each other and post them according to those keywords which have high search and less traffic and do Social Bookmarking. After some time you will get your desired result. Believe me, i am doing the same since last 8 months.
i would do articles, then do a facebook fan page on each of them create some ads cheap. Then i would post on other forum and blog related to you if possiable. Then who knows as many as you have mabey twitter.
100 blogs is to much work to start off with, only start with 5 to 10, I would do seo work on them if they are easy keywords to rank, do maybe some ezine marketing, writing articles on other blogs in the same niche It would be better if you could let us see some of these sites and then we could give you better answers
Fro promiting the your blog do blog submission, article submission . You can try also social networking, but this traffic is not consistance.
For consistent results, you have to continuous the Internet marketing process. Also add reviews, bolg commenting, forums, link binding too.
To main 100 blogs same time will be tedious for you.. The option left with you is post unique articles on these blogs on a regular basis and then do social book marking for these links of articles you have posted in various blogs.
