    The footer is not complete.Twitter block has errors.The newsletter block can be improved by implementing jquery validation.So when user clicks submit button without entering nothing jquery alert box pops up instead of sending to other page.

    The design is ok, it has a modern style , and this is very good.
    You need to work more on the programming side, as a++ said, the twitter block doesn't work well, and the form can be improved.
    I say this are minor changes that you can implement with little effort and can bring alot on the overall of your site.

    looks ok: just a tip, ensure its w3c compliant. Just ran the your site via w3 tool, some errors were found on home page, so i imagine same errors apply elsewhere.

    The 3 level menu is quite complicated. USe the right sidebar for the menu, but that may require to change the theme.

    Nice and simple. Text on the website could be a little easier to view. The subtle difference between the title area of the site and the menu played with my eyes a little bit.
