    i wish to hear from hdfc netsafe users. i dont have a credit card

    can i use netsafe card to pay certain which accepts only paypal. i know we can use netsafe card for payment instead of credit card payment

    i am asking can i ask netsafe for payment in websites which accepts only paypal, i mean instead of paypal can i use netsafe for payment?

    you can add that in paypal and simply pay using that card. make sure u generate some 3% more money.

    Boy, you can't use a VCC where only Paypal is accepted. Adding and removing vcc several times is not good for your account and it might limit sometime.

    VCC is generally a CC which you can use anywhere where CC is accepted. And almost all major sites accept CC. Also there are sites which have the option to pay via CC directly if you got no PP account. Use that option to pay without using PP.
