What other advertising systems can be used along with adsense?
Why do you think about Chitika and Infolinks?
    Can be used all three?

Both can be used with Adsense, however Chitika's ads lack relevancy and Infolinks are considered intrusive by many marketers. Also Infolinks are low relevancy. Obviously with more clicks on any ad, more relevant ads will be served, as they are algorithmically refined.

No I would not recommend AdBrite too, they are not much efficient in having great advertisers as compared to the Adsense. Why dont you start some banner ads by yourself, if you have visitors on your blog regularly, you might get some of their products to promote. You can also try the digital point forum advertising system, where you even have an option if you fail to get an advertiser from the forum to your site, then your google ads will be displayed by default ;)

Do you know the bidvertiser's terms and conditions for using their services? Each company seems to have a slightly unique user agreement. If you could point me in the direction of that information I would be much appreciative. I cannot find it on there site.
