    @Hish - the block may be .com - try redirecting all .uk traffic to .co.uk ? if it's the IPs that are blocked, set up another server for hosting the main site with a .uk IP

    Hi,

    I am a new member....

    Suspected BT had blocked access to filesonic. I have been blocked since about lunchtime today.

    I managed to VPN into my central office system and could access my FS account from there, so definately being blocked by BT.

    Hope this can be resolved soon. If not would you suggest some sort of proxy?

    Is RS to FS remote uploading now working?

    And I have this issue:

    I tried to unlock one voucher group but still it deducted 2,000 credits from my account.

    Hish, can you please take a look at this and refund the credits. Unlocking a group shouldn't consume any credit, it should only require to have the minimum set.

    No, I am not elite! I had pay per DL, suddenly got two sales so I swapped to pps, and then I got a lifetime premium sale, now I got no more sales after that so I changed to half and half, and now two weeks since that lifetime sale, I still haven't gotten paid. This is frustrating, and I will for sure not continue wasting time uploading stuff and sharing and reccomending filesonic to people, if I'm not gonna get paid for my work. :(

    Hish seems very nice and helpfull here, so I hope I will get help fast! :)
