    umm that guy wasnt that sure too but then he checked the debit cards he had and it had mastero so he told me its mastero lets see ill maybe try another branch tomorrow and see

    Why people need to pay Tax to his country which they haven't earned in their country as PayPal? Sorry but I am bit noobs in regards of Tax. :D

    If you are staying in India and earning at an Indian Bank it's Indian money and treated as Indian tax. Paypal does all the conversion for you and sends you funds through MEFT to your bank, So your paypal actually knows that you are earning in INR and NOT USD. Anything you earn is taxable. if you can show proofs that it's internationally covnerted money, use wire transfer and there can be certain rebates since the Govt. is earning foreign exchange that way. Consult your CA for details.

    friends mine paypal to bank cashout gone over 1 lack 80 thousand so as i heared anyone whos yearly income goes above it has to pay tax so now say me how much i need to pay tax in india and what shout i do plz say how can i save tax too ....
