I resigned due to financial issues and because the owner of Agares Media was not paying anything on time and made some untrue statements about money I supposedly received. My opinion, unless ownership changes, it's on the way out. This business will not survive without a serious influx of cash. Personal financial hardships are no excuse in business and this is the case here along with a history of paying developers late along with the hosting bill. I personally decided to break with Agares Media and pursue my own web business to include an arcade script. That way I have no headaches trying to get bills paid, it's all on me.
Doug, replying a little late here, but I had heard that the owner was guilty of fraud and money laundering. This was from a guy helping me code my script that got his info from a freelancer.
Without proof though, I don't want to propagate that rumor. I would not be surprised though based on my experiences with this guy. He's a real scammer.
