Contest $150 for photography business logo & watermark design

I am in need of a logo for my photography business. I will pay the winner $150 via PayPal. I do reserve the right not to choose a winner if nothing fits what I am looking for. My business name is Kelsie Taylor Photography. This is my website: http://www.kelsietaylor.com]

Here are some of the thoughts I have for the logo:

-Font should be feminine. A font that I am particularly fond of can be found on the logo for this website: http://www.thebridescafe.com/] ....so that font, something similar, or something romantic would be great.
-I would like a phoenix incorporated into it. The phoenix should be rising up in some way, and should also be feminine.
-My name should be on one line with photography below, and photography should be in a smaller font size.
-Colors that I like are teal, purple, green, and magenta ...I'm open to other colors though. am thinking also that for the font one of these colors or a nice brown would be great.

For the watermark, I would like the font to be the same as in the logo, but the only difference is I'd just like one of the feathers from the bird for it. Obviously the background should be transparent for this. I'd like to receive the chosen watermark image in color, solid white, and solid black if possible.

Looking forward to seeing what we can come up with! I know I sound pretty specific with some of this, but feel free to take some creative liberty and play around with it a bit if you have fun ideas to incorporate into it.

I would like to receive all entries in by 12:00 a.m. Pacific time on Saturday night (May 14). Winner will be announced Sunday around lunchtime.

I know I've posted some responses to the entries so far, but I wanted to put it up here too in case it was going unnoticed. Don't want to have people waste their time on something I'm definitely not going to want. So here are some helpful hints for designing something I'll like-

-I want this to be VERY feminine. When I say feminine, I don't necessarily mean pink- I mean girly, pretty, flowy, soft.
-Definitely looking for something colorful. The logo should have at least 3 colors in it, preferably colors I listed but as I said I'm open to others being thrown in the mix.
-Many entries so far have been simple and I want it to have details. There's a reason I'm offering $150.
-Not interested in having a plain business font. This should also be feminine (see link listed in above notes or sath_07's second entry ...both are font styles I REALLY like).
-If the bird is detailed yet not extremely complex, I am open to using the same image for the watermark, but was hoping to have the watermark have just 1 feather matching those of the bird.
-I'd prefer not to have the image completely separate and off to the side of or above the text. Even if just a small part of it is mixed (even just wrapped around), that would be great.
-I noticed that one person simply took a phoenix picture they found online and used it; I've looked up tons of images online to see what I like, so if you do this I will probably find out.

This is my try, i'm not sure if you wanted two different colors or one color for the words, but i can change anything you want changed, edit im doing the watermark.

 

Thank you for your entry! However, I'm not sure it fits my aesthetic. I am hoping for the phoenix to be very feminine and flowy (maybe wispy would be a better word). Also I think a less old fashioned font would suit me better.

Also forgot to mention above that I will need these in .jpg format and .png (.png especially for the watermarks due to transparency issues)

Very pretty, but I am 100% sure I want a phoenix in it somewhere. Sorry if I confused you with the whole "be creative" speech, but the phoenix is the main thing I definitely want. The watermark is nice, but I want my name spelled out for it for marketing purposes when clients post their photos online.

Received some PM entries, and based on most of the entries received so far, I am thinking I should give a little more detail/feedback to everyone: the bird should be colorful (more than 1 color), "flowy", and I was hoping the tail could be an attention grabber in some way. Although I think all of the entries so far are nice, I am not looking for a very simple logo. I am paying $150 for a reason ...also am hoping to see the watermark (with the feather instead of the bird) with each entry. Thanks again to everyone for participating in this!

Thanks for the entries! So far I think the main element I'm missing is that I think the birds need more detail. The bird that's closest to what I want is the one from logos4all. Also, sath_07, I love the font you used on your second entry and the tail looks great.

I think one thing that I was hoping for is that there would be feathers with enough detail (at least in the tail) that the watermark could have just a feather with my name that matches the ones in the logo. I'm going to try to edit the main post later to add some of these details in above so they're easier to find (working out some permissions stuff at the moment). Thanks again everyone!
