Code to text ratio

    Hi, I was going through code to text ratio of my website,

    one thing i am wodering is "Alt tags – are they classified as keywords or code?"

    Can any please help on this ...

    Google used to take it as keywords and still does (but only for its image search engine).

    Other search engines may consider it as keywords as well.

    i think, all SE. use ALT as Keyword the page without text, you can also try an html page without text, and an image nearest Body tag, with some word in ALT, and se the result

    Alt img text is not just for google images. It's an alternative to anchor text for image links.

    Thats what i am asking is not how google see it , its for code to text ratio is it counted as a code or a text???

    There is life beyond Google....

    What is code to text ratio? I never heard about that. How can I find that and will it anyway affect SEO?
