    Hi

    I have a site for sale. http://sportspicksanalysis.com I don't have enough time to keep updating the site. it only takes maybe 1 minute a day if that to update, I brought the site on this forum a few months back for $600.

    I intended it for my daughter to keep maintain so she could have a little bit extra pocket money each month, although she never updates it.

    She asked me to sell it for her. The site has got a PR 2 and a 700k alexa rank. earnings have dropped a little due to my daughter failing to keep ontop of things.

    Site makes around $25/35 a month. Sometimes more.

    this site would be perfect for some one just starting out, or somebody else child for extra pocket money.


    looking for $300 for the site, when I first bought the site it was making around 60$ a month as it was updated daily. PM me for more info
