    How do you get the keyword related auctions to show up in your ads? I'm browsing through the available ad's on CJ and can only find banners and nothing contextual...

    You get all of that stuff directly from the eBay affiliate center. If you go to eBay there is a link called affiliates at the bottom of the page.
