    As the title says, is it possible to pay an indian if i have a legit credit card added in my PP?

    No its not possible even you have CC attached with your Paypal. Paypal just stopped this service for Indians.

    As far as i know paypal blocked everything related to transfer to indian pp account from indian pp account as well as indian cc.

    Tried sending money to one of the indian paypal account. My paypal has CC linked to it. But still got this error

    "We notice that you are attempting to pay an Indian resident user. The payment you initiated has been blocked. PayPal only facilitates international payments and cannot be used for domestic payments within India. We suggest you find alternative methods to complete the payment. If you believe that the person you attempted to pay is not based in India, please contact PayPal customer support."

    Is there a way to pay indian paypal?

    Even though new policies have been put into action, but this hasn't been changed. This is very bad you can't send money through paypal to an Indian merchant by your Indian Credit card ..lol

    You can accept payments from outside India, I think this policy has been employed for sales tax.

    So you have to choose other options like ccavenue and all other Indian payment processing companies, for that you need a valid company registered with TIN number and all & this process takes time, but its worth if you are looking to run your business steadily and smoothly.

    Paypal hasnt officially announced why they are not allowing indian to indian payments through credit cards. I have noticed that sending payments from indian paypal to other country paypal through credit card WORKS! May be we should write to paypal why they are not allowing credit card payments.
