    There are 100's of good SEO tools out there it just depends on what you need ranking, backlink checkers, anchor checkers, pr checkers, load time analyzers etc.. or if you are trying to find dofollow blogs and what not. You really need to be more specific. If you're talking about automate link tools I don't recommend it unless you really know what you are doing
