If you've been using adsense for years, this is old news.

All the rules are clearly on the Google website... Those who don't read will suffer the consequences at some point...

    Right on for the post.
I never have used any of them and never plan to so I will be ok. I get all my traffic from SE's and Adwords.

    You can't be serious...?

    Ask google

    True

I saw an adwords advertiser saying "We don't want to lose our money in to non converting traffic exchange visitors" and yes that is true

I wish they would. I HATE blogger. Most of them are sites that copied other sites. I have a site that has been copied almost exactly a few times and they have all been blogger blogs.
I did get with Google about the DMCA and they only removed a few pages. Even though copying my images and text violates DMCA, blogger TOS and Adsense TOS, none of them got banned. I was really surprised to see all these sites still running with Adsense still.

    Is this not old news?
I have known for quite a while that traffic exchanged does not float well with the AdSense terms.

It may be older news to a lot of us but it's a valuable post for n00bs and a good reminder to medium level webmasters.
OP might have read a new post about it somewhere too.

    1. BUY a domain name. not a blogger/blogspot
    2. Read around the internet and learn how to build a site or learn how to use and install Wordpress.
    3. Write good quality content everyday for 6 months then ask us again.
