Correct, the game will come as-is. The way the arcs are programmed, it would be pretty simple for someone to complete the second arc if they know how to program in PHP/MySQL.

Absolutely. Anything and everything related to the game you can have. The Facebook page, the Gmail address, etc.

The only help section that is available is the current wiki for the game. I've been meaning to get a full wiki going, but with a full-time job and a fast-paced life, it's hard to get in there and write articles for the wiki.

Hmm quite hard to make updates if there is nowhere to learn how the game works.

What's the reserve?

 

Reading through the code will give you a good idea of how the game works if you know how to develop in PHP.
