    Is it possible to get a US paypal account with chinese bank account information? I'm in china and want to sell stuff to america and other countries. Does us paypal accept chinese banks?

    No, if its a US PayPal account it won't ever accept any other country's bank account other than USA.

    Sure you can use paypal even if you are from china, however it will not be a US paypal account. Make sure you connect your paypal account with Bank of China so you get the correct exchange rates. I am using paypal since last two years and I never had any issues while withdrawing or receiving money from any country. Also note that paypal charges $35 for every withdrawal donw by you, so better to withdraw money only when you have enough balance ;)

    What do you mean by US PayPal account in China? It cannot be possible.

    You are in China, so the PayPal account will be Chinese PayPal account.

    Bank doesnot charge anything. Earlier I was withdrawing paypal money from China Merchant Bank, but later I realized that this bank charged me some money to receive and withdraw paypal funds. So I opened a new account in Bank of China and transferred my paypal withdrawal funds in it ;)

    Thats really weired. $35 for withdrawal!! Even Wire Transfer too doesn't take that much charge.

    Very bad bank.

    if you are from China, you can only open China paypal
    By the way, China is one of the country under Total Payment Solution, mean that it has no different between US paypal account and China paypal account

    From all the website I visited and all the information I read its totally different from what you guys are saying. First of all in china there is paypal.com.cn and it only accepts transactions inside of china. And then there is paypal.com that accepts global transactions. You are allowed to sign up paypal.com with chinese credit cards, make sure you are allowed to accept usd then you are all set.

    This site is in chinese but it shows you in detail how to obtain a paypal.com account in china. Not paypal.com.cn but paypal.com

    PayPal doesn't transfer by Wire, unlike Monebookers, but it transfers in bulk to the concerned country's local agency and the local agency transfers to the individuals by NEFT.

    NEFT = National Electronic Fund Transfer
    SWIFT = Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication

    Well not sure about that, but the money comes in my local bank in US dollars and then I have to convert it to the local currency. Some local banks charge money to transfer the currency from USD to local currency RMB, not my bank.
