    Quality backlink is one way link. But, it's can you get if you have a nice and useful content on your site. People will linked into you post. Not on widget. But in the most important area, the post area.

    I would highly recommend directory submission because it is a great way to get one way backlinks to your site. For example, check out the directory in my signature.

    Forum posting and article submission really helps my site promotion. . Almost all the Forms allow you to leave signature, or link in the post or reply with dofollow. In article you should use keywords as an anchor text.

    The best way is really the way that benefits you the most, and the search engines love unique content, the best of getting this is via articles, it might take a bit longer than the other ways, but it brings long term traffic
