Bing Rewards Preview is only available in the United States.

And, Google is much popular than Bing that it doesn't need to offer rewards for search.

So Bing have resorted to bribing people to use their search engine.

I suppose they are gambling that people who try it because of the rewards will like it and carry on using it. It's not that good yet, IMO.

Google will remain the biggest part of the internet, no matter what anyone else does.

Not necessarily. Remember when everyone was using MySpace? Then Facebook came along, and now MySpace has fallen off the end of the world!

Actually Myspace has found its niche as a home for music bands and such :)

On the subject.. People go for quality in their results, as simple as that. As soon as Bing results are better.. we'll use Bing, simple as that. Rewards or no rewards :)

I find that doubling my searches with Bing is better than with Google alone, well worth the effort

Google already rewards people with adsense accounts that use google search for adsense.

Personally, I think bing is so far behind the times, it will never catch up. Where is the bing ad system? Where is the bing answer to youtube? Where is a bing affiliate program like what amazon has?

When you want a revie of something, where do a lot of people go? Youtube. Who owns youtube, google. Where is bings answer to youtube?

With the way bing is going, they are never going to catch google.

This sounds interesting to me. Anyone know how it really works?

I read about it on Bing site, all they said is you''ll get rewards when taking advantages of offer of searching or exploring the features of Bing. So you simply search with Bing and get rewards?

This scheme is valid for US users only.In this, you need to do more and more search as much possible and exploring more features on Bing and in exchange of that Bing will credit you some points.

Once you have accumulated enough credits, you can make your choice in the Redemption Center, provide your shipping info and Bing will send it to you. Shipping is free. Bing will only ship to addresses within the 50 United States.

This is an interesting program. It's a really tempting offer to get people to go back to bing. I'm contemplating it right now
