IPad App changes - need source code edited/modded

    Hi,

    Anyone in here know how to write/rewrite/mod a current ipad / ipod app?
    ie. go into source code and make necessary changes. Changes like, viewing and app on the iPad in FULL SCREEN mode WITHOUT having to click on 2x??
