get few back links from some popular sites, then people will come to your site from these back links you gained, this will help you to index in search engines easily

I think that the suggestions above are good answers, even if the sites are a few free directories that should be enough to get you listed. These things can take a little time at first

You should create a sitemap for your site and then, do SEO things like link building, social bookmarking, forum posting and blog commenting and have patience.

And I think you'll be waiting a good while yet - most of the posts on this thread are people adding links in their signatures, not answering your question!

There is a very good chance that Google is not crawling because you are telling it not to ... somewhere.

Alternatively if there is no original content on your site then Google just isn't interested in you anymore :-(

But I would suggest this is the wrong forum - go to a Google forum and post your enquiry there along with your URL to get something more meaningful!

Make good quality backlinks for your website and then ping them. Then share them to popular social networking sites. This will help indexing your site.

    some of my tricks:
Submit links to top social bookmarking sites like Digg, Delicious, etc.,
try to post the links to top social networking sites
    then ping your site

Basically everyone is telling you links will get the bots to your site to get it reindexed, bud did you change anything? There are tons of reasons why your site may not be getting indexed from your htaccess to your robots.txt, etc. Think of any changes you have made and make sure you are not hindering the bots from your site. Go ahead to webmaster tools and make sure the google bot can access your site. Also are you talking about the cached date? Because many times the cache date tends to be a few days to a week behind anyway, it doesn't tend to change instantaneously.

Check your .htaccess and robots.txt file if they are not blocking the crawler.

By the way your Signature link shows that you are running SEO company, and you don't know how to index sites in Google!! Its quite strange and confusing.

Can you share the site's URL? If the site is Google-worthy, the domain and the IP address are clean, you're not disallowing the bots in the robots.txt and you're not using the nonindex tag in the <head> section, there is no reason why you shouldn't get indexed after a couple of links from already indexed URLs.

You need links to your site in order to get indexed - why? None of the search engines will be able to find your site, without having backlinks.
