hey, there are many mass mailing sites available today, but according to me they are used only with paid membership. you can use www . sendblaster . com , it is one of the mass mailing sites.
There is on which is totally free: MailChimp but I don't know how good it is. The others most commonly used are: aWeber, Infusionsoft and Get Response. I think they probably have a month's trial for very little money, maybe $1, before you have to upgrade to the full monthly fee. These last three seem very well recommended.

if you are looking to buy a list then mass mail that list. you can get into some serious trouble. your web host can shut you down plus your ISP (internet service provider) so you need learn how to generate your own leads NOT buy them.
