    Hi momo88,

You cannot deposit money into your AlertPay account by Credit Card. This is considered a cash withdraw, which we do not allow.
If you would like to deposit to your AlertPay Account you can do so by:* Bank Transfer, Bank Wire, Certified Cheque, or Money Order.
*These methods may not be available in all countries.

    Thanks,
    Chris Z

    Hi rajib777,

I would recommend that you transfer more funds into your account using one of the available deposit methods. The minimum withdrawal is 20$ but I think that there are still some fees that apply to the transaction as well. A cheque withdrawal will help you successfully verify your account, but is not the quickest form of validation. If you wanted to speed up the process I would recommend the Bank transfer/Bank wire or Credit Card verification.

    Hope you helps,

Absolutely wrong information u got .
I always got legitimate funds in my account last time i successfully withdraw it to my card and after that withdrawal ur company close my account with out any reason .
I never received any such e-mail from your end that fund has been reversed .

Second thing is that when i was open this a/c my Brother send me some funds and that got reversed without any reason and that month was July and this is the scam report I made after that
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1862569

and MY account got closed in the month of october .
So whoever give u this information about my a/c absolute false and this is not the reason for closure of my account .

If u have team viewer I can show you my all e-mails and proofs .

THIS IS MY GENERAL QUESTION TO YOU MATE

And one more thing is that If some person send hacked fund or fraudulent fund how we determine that ???
And is this means Seller involved with fraudulent transactions ???

Or your company always assume that " both the parties know each other personally in real life and that's why they are made deal through alertpay otherwise without knowing each other how seller and buyer involved fraudulent transaction :p???

Can u show me your company's terms and condition that " If anyone received fraud money your a/c will be closed "

So I think using Alertpay is too risky because if some scammer pay u by fraudulent fund then ur a/c will be closed without any reason and alertpay will froze your all other hard and legal Money too .... .

anyway Last thing All I can say that is I cant do anything here because alertpay is not an Indian company
If alertpay was Indian company I will sure knock court of law for this harassment .

    Thanks

    Hi,

I hope Chriz has some advice for me here. I am veteran AP user and have been making monthly bank transfer withdrawal to Malaysian Bank for the last 3-4 years.

My recent bank transfer completed on 15th April however has not reached my bank account till today Apr 30th . 98% of the time it tooks 3-5 working days after completed day to reach my bank. That 2 % was some issue like failed transfer etc but resolved then.

My AP support ticket is [#AQH-596341] done through AP Banking Support section...got answer but didn't help much I guess. Based on my experience AP always able to solve my problem yet if you can expedite the matter or guide me on what to do next, I would appreciate that.

    Thanks
    Nizar

    Hello,

I had started a dispute some months back. It was in my favour but it said the person didn't have enough funds and AP would contact me again. But I never got an email after that. So I wanted to know if the other party doesn't load money in his account. Ill never get my money back ?

    Thanks,
    Meantor

    Hello,

Im from Sri Lanka. I already added my local bank account to my account (Personal Starter Unverified). I need help verifying my AP account.

Let me explain what I did so far.

    01. I clicked Become verified link in My Account Overview page.
    02. Next page I chose "Option A" because I need money transferred directly to my bank account.
    03. This is the part where Im confused.

    What should I do here?

The Bank Account I already added isn't show up in "Bank Account" field.

If I choose Bank Wire then it takes me to this page.

When looking at this page what I understand is:

    01. I should have some money in my ALERTPAY ACCOUNT. So they can withdraw it to my bank account and verify it. Am I right?
    or
    02. It asks how much they should deposit TO AlertPay FROM my Bank account? (means take money from my local bank)

If its the 2nd one then what is the minimum amount I should enter?

    ________________________________________________

Are there Receiving, Sending and Withdrawing limits for Personal Starter UNVERIFIED account? If so how much? After getting verify how much they lift it?

Please help me to clear my mind.

    Thanks.

    Hi Frabato,

Unfortunately we do not maintain a list of all the many PrePaid cards that our system supports. The Payoneer prepaid card may not work with AlertPay, you should contact your card issuer for more information.
