    Yes...money can be transferred to this account from paypal...and other bank accounts using NEFT transfer.
    In my case, customer care did a little stupidity. On 4th April, my account looked functional and features seemed working and I contacted customer care and they said account is activated. But, actually account was activated on 8th april...the website navigations were fake...I added bank account details to paypal and they sent me email saying invalid bank account...So, I currently neft transfer from my other bank accounts to this account.

    From one month, they have removed applying option from icici b2 website...you need to talk to customer care regarding the problem...

    between, i have a HDFC debit card & i have used netsafe services to create a VCC
    using VCC, i have smoothly paid for my hosting fees and its such a big relief for those who don't have a CC yet

    Yes I am also using hdfc vcc to pay everything. If I wanna pay to someone having pp, I create vcc, attach it, avoid confirmation, directly pay it and remove the card.

    Simple process.

    Well you now need a cc so you can pay ur customers using that a debit card isnt actually allowed rite now or rather they just dont work
