    I want you to provide me with all the files so that I can just upload it to my server and the site will be live. Bonus points if you can automate it so that when a payment is made files automatically get sent to the buyer.

    SilentCoder is right, that site has membership as well as Instant Payment Notifications (from what you want added to yours)... this isn't a project for 10$.

    I could do it for 70$, but not less.
