personally I would so social bookmarks, some backlink building, maybe hire people to post comments on other blogs, and submit your sites to directories.

Then the traffic should start flowing within a month or so

 

you should try adwords. i works for me really well.

 

I would suggest you stay away from paid advertising till you've tried some free methods others have mentioned. If not you'll be disappointed with the results you get for your $100

You can ask users on YouTube to review the site. They might be interested and join. Try to do free marketing before you pay for any. $100 is not going to get you no where with paid advertising.
