    If you are talking about fast traffic, here are a few suggestions for you to consider:
    (1) PPC (this paid method may not be applicable if you are not familiar)
    (2) Social media marketing (e.g. Facebook, Twitter or MySpace, etc)
    (3) Forum posting (need to contribute value-added information)
    (4) Blog commenting (may subject to site owners' approval)
    (5) Social Bookmarking
    (6) Email Marketing (if you have a list)
    (7) Press Release Submission
    (8) JV with like-minded people
    (9) Get your affiliate team to promote for you (if you have one)

    If you are able to do any one of these, you are able to attract good traffic to your site.

    My apologies, after reading that landing page I couldn't bring myself to go any further.

    Rewrite that landing page and you have an nice blog.

    The other pages are excellent and well written, don't forget to add a few pics to break up that text. Well done :)

    You did something good. But you need to work some improvement in your blog. You did very ordinary present your blog. You should make your blog improvement like give a good theme, background etc.

    I'm 2nd position on google for "My Fitness Tips", but the problem is that keyword only brings 36 visitors per month.... I should have done more keyword research :(
