where do i have to contact yahoo directory?

Hello all, i have a question about yahoo directory. i want to send email to yahoo, but i don't know what an email address is.

can someone tell me? thank you.

 

Well, good luck finding one. Yahoo is notorius for NOT providing contact information of any kind. It would be great if someone could post such a thing here, but I'm not holding my breath.

Even if you found an e-mail address, it could be weeks, months or never as far as getting a response. At least that's the experience I have had filling out the few help forms I have been able to find with Yahoo Search.

So on 3/6/2011 I received notice that my site will be added to the Yahoo directory (about a week after I PAID $299 for inclusion!!!) Well, the next few days my site was featured on the "what's new" page.. now a month later my site is NOWHERE to be found in the directory.

Lord knows you can't contact anyone at Yahoo to help with this!

Has anyone else run into this?

 

You were indexed in the paid search but after ur time limit they will put up some one else focus on ur backlinks n see the results after 3 months

 

Is Yahoo directory worth the price?

Just wanted to let everyone know that Yahoo replied! I was able to submit a Yahoo Directory Help form (have to be signed into your yahoo account first) and they got back to me within 2 days Apparently there were some issues on their end with the directory over the past week and they are working to fix them. My site is back up. Cheers!
