    hello friends,


    How to get visitors from Yahoo Search. I am getting traffic and visitors daily from Google only.

    Why i am not getting traffic from Yahoo Search. If any suggestions or any reason please tell me, I am waiting for your reply ASAP....

    The count of people using Yahoo has decreased. People using Google are more in number. Even if your site gets top ranking in Yahoo, you are not going to get enough traffic from Yahoo. Getting traffic from Yahoo is quite difficult.

    I don't use yahoo but i would say you should use the same methods used in getting traffic for Google and see if it works. Trying to drive traffic via yahoo search engine is really difficult.

    Typically, when a quality seo campagin is launhed most times you will jump to the top page on all search engines. However, your main focus should be on google & quality do-follow links, forum posting, blog commenting etc.

    Well its easy to build backlinks from yahoo and bing compared to google.
    For yahoo traffic to your website use yahooanswers its the best way to get traffic from yahoo search :)

    I have experienced the same thing with Yahoo's Robots, they do frequently crawl my site. In my opinion yahoo must not be giving that much importance or weight to blogs as Google does. On the other hand google has a lot of interested in sending constant traffic to blogs the reason being 75% of the blogs contain Google Adsense ads.

    I guess for getting traffic from Yahoo you have to be very patient, it might not reflect soon as happens from google. Yahoo must be emphasizing on-page SEO rather than inbound links.

    Hey i am too on bing on the first place for a keyword that should bring 11.000 visitors daily, and i don't have that kind of traffic.
    A reason would be like the user who said above. Google is KING.

    I've tested Yahoo months on months...its true that there are a lot of unknown issues and that Google rock!

    One thing I learned for sure - Yahoo gives heavier weight and "points" to the domain age!

    check your old domains in yahoo and I am sure you will note that they are located in higher serp spots compared to young or new domains...with Google its much easier to promote young domain to high serp results.
