    Unless you are a famous person/celebrity or a real business etc., 10k real followers in a month is not really possible.

    But the question was how to get them without mass follow/unfollow.
    Twiends is a free option.

    But 10k is probably not even possible without being suspended.

You not going to get 10K followers a month unless you are on tv, pay 5K for a promoted trend, get Kim Kardahian or Lady GaGa to say they love you, play a professional sport or have some scandal about you or your business on the news. Not everyone can be Charlie Sheen.......

    Well wait...........Unless you buy follows I just do not see how this will happen.

    10k followers depends on ur tweeting capability and quality... their are ways to get mass following but you will be spamd and your twitter account will be disabled.. so dont try to do it.. nor pay for it
