Proper internal linking to the site. We have to wait till google make a link as a site link. we can block a link from site link through google webmaster tool. But we don't have option to make a link to site link in google.

We have very little control over Google site-links, ensure that your navigation of indexable by Google and the other search engines and continue to monitor the sitelinks within WMT. You can not specify the sitelinks that you would like to create, but you can remove the sitelinks Google servers until your ideal page is part of your sitelinks.

Google grant site links to your internal pages if the navigation is easy and good and the traffic on the page is quit impressive.
If your internal pages have good amount of visits and the bounce rate on these pages is less then Google gift you site links for those internal pages.

Google generates the site links for a website depending up on many factors such as navigation, internal linking and visitors to that particular pages and the most important thing, content of the pages. Do the quality stuff and the rest will taken care by Google.

When you talk about site links, the control you will be having over them is very little such as blocking and unblocking the site links in the webmaster tools.

Sitelinks are the group of links to the pages or navigation links in your blog/site that appear right beneath the snippets, or site description text during a google search.sitelinks appear only for certain sites and not everybody gets the privilege to show them. It appears for almost all high traffic sites and authority sites.

Google may get webmaster input in the future but at the moment, sitelinks are completely automated.

You can read more on Google Sitelinks Explained.

    Thanks Brian

Only the best sites seem to obtain sitelinks. The navigation has to be structured and precise which tends the search engines to get through the topic of each page. Unless the search engines are able to fix the meaning of the pages, it’s difficult for Google to create sitelinks. Also the site has to be updated with quality content and the sitemap has to be indexed with the inclusion of all the links in your home page..

you must post your site link at maximum forums. google is taking some of these as backlinks. i posted approx 400 site links of which google considered 163 as back links. but my blog came on first page of search in some keywords like ' jordan carver '. you can see my blog by searching google ' expozed galleria ' and you will found it in first 5 results.
