    My site http://oddfuturetalk.com

I have been receiving about 2k hits everyday, and before today I've only had one ad on the sidebar. I added some to a couple of posts.

My ad-sense account has this info

Page CTR 0.02%, CPC 0.24, Page RPM 0.06.

    What am I doing wrong?

your getting traffic but not clicks because your ads are not flowing with your content. they need to look less like ads and more like content.

    i recommend...
when you have a video...use the square ads rather than banners.

your content doesnt have ads in them....ad text ads in between your content and see how that does

out square text ads above your "Recent Posts" sidebar.....match the color of the links to your adsense ads

It seems like the banners under each post seemed to work

Today I have already made $3.26

Page CTR 0.03%, CPC 0.70, Page RPM 0.19

Although I will try some of what you suggested.

    Thank you!

yeah, putting ads under content is more effective than putting it on the side bar

Your click through rate is way too low. You should use 336 X 280 ad on top of each post and use 336 X 280 ad on side bar. Use 728 X 15 bar on the header. Also, you should use a lot of ad links to mix with your regular links. I get about 1.5%-2% click through rate with my ad.

haha im glad it worked for you!! all you have to do is test things out....place them somewhere and give it a week and see how it does....then move them to another spot and see how it does.....but always try to make it flow with your content.....when you place them...look at it for a sec and try to see if it is flowing...if the ad is hiding!

if you look at your ads....they don't match your content

for example one ad displayed affiliate marketing tips for me which does not relate

I recommend more placement of ads in places where accidental clicks is likely......thats what under the video worked....when ppl clicked play they accidentaly hit the advertisement.
