- We pay you a monthly fee (we will discuss about it depends on domain "weight")
- First payment will be done after 6 month (fee we agree x 6) and then every month until 1 year
- You can decide (will affect monthly fee) if you want to remain with the site (code, graphic and so on)
or decide to buy it after 1 year or continue with monthly fee.


What kind of site you can develope?:
We only create general site with unique contents (our editors will write for you), this means no E-COMMERCE SITE, PORTALS or any other
complex site, even if we can do every kind of personalized site for you but it could take a lot more so we can't include it in this offer


WE CAN'T PAY FOR:
- domain registered in the last 3 years (except if match one of the rules above)
- domains that not contains English Words
- domains composed of 2 or more words
- domain that contains hyphen or numbers
- domains who has a different tld than COM,NET,ORG

Anyway we can develope and indexing your domain the same but we can't do it for free.We can discuss about it to find best solution for both.

Hi, thanks to all for the interest but i want to specify that we will pay for rent PREMIUM DOMAINS , this means more specifically domain with 1 word, LLL or LLLL .com or at least .net domains. We can do same job with any other "interesting" domain that many of you have but we can't pay for something that doesn not produce any earning. Anyway our proposal is intended too for domainers that want to increase traffic of own domains and have developed web site instead of an under construction page or park the domain that same doesn't give to you too much earning. So write us and depends on your domain we will send you our proposal. Please only .COM or .NET domains.

Google results 294,000,000 pages

 

You must to search on google in this way "Regular Offers" with quotes so it take the results for the 2 words combined.
It's not the same to search for the domain words with quote than without it. Regular and offers are very used words this is cause
google returns many pages, but the words like they are in the domain only show 150.000 results.
Anyway it is a good domain even if words are very general words, but we can't consider it as a "potential rentable" domain.
Write me in PVT and we can found a solution if you are interested to develope it, cause now you are earning $0 from it
