Buying Regional directory submissions: French, German, Arabic, Polish, Italian

    I am looking for people who can submit my site in language specific directories. I need any of the following: French, German, Arabic, Polish, Italian

    I pay 10 cents / directory, minimum 100 directories, maximum 300 directories (between 10$ and 30$)

    The provider must be able to find the directory list himself, and the directories should not require backlink or paid listing. For French I can provide the directory list.

    I want to work with native speakers who can do a quality submission (not people who use Google translate).

    NOTE: Please write me only if you are serious and capable to do it. It is the third time I'm trying to find people to do this, since the first two tries were a disaster. The people who took the jobs didn't do anything and haven't replied to my messages.

    Submissions, but the directories must be of good quality with no reciprocal link required, so that the approval rate is decent.
