    Same to me. Have PR 0 and my site is ranking on the first page for a keyword that gets 10.000 visitors per day.
    I think on the new google algorithm the page rank doesn't count anymore.

    To be honest i think it depends on content, quality of backlinks of the website (PR) and If they are do follow backlinks are a must. Also using anchor text backlinks as tell targeting your keywords... those all play a big factor in your page rage.

    Also don't for get about fresh content, nothing more Google loves is fresh unique content.
