Stress can make people have trouble concentrating, become irritable and even cause fights. So it's best to get enough sleep, good nutrition and exercise to keep your stress down. If you still feel stressed after doing those 3 things, then you should learn meditation techniques. Yoga is really good.
i think this thread should be moved to general chat section. Stress can make you feel burned out, sitting all day long working on projects. The best is to go out and do something else, I like swimming, its relaxing and takes your mind off work for sometime. Exercise does helps too, it makes you feel energized.
No stress for me. Tho stress can do things on people. Rest, exercise, do something you like, yoga, do those for stress relieve. If you do something you like and you clear your mind, it'l remove/lower stress.
Stress can cause all sorts of physical problems as well as emotional. Exercise to relieve it. Turn off the computer for a couple of days and read a good book.
I often experience stress and I swear that stress has contributed a lot to my no-work days because I dont feel like working anymore. Stress can make you remember all of the problems you have and you will even over think of the future.
Stress brings me headache. So what I do to eliminate this is I drink coffee, play some of my favorite mmo or anything that makes me feel relax.
Procrastination is a big probem, it really puts a lot of pressure on me. If I find myself cleaning or doing my paperwork when I know there are higher priority things to do I realize there is a "stressor" that needs my attention.
