    The navigation links is out, it should be easy for the user to find it. Put the ads on the right, this is natural position for visitors to click those ads.

    hire someone to make a new design for it .. it looks like it's from '95 .. add some more content and after that you can add some ads .. good luck :)

    I don't mean to be rude but the content is pretty bad and needs completely redoing... if I were reading your site I would click off it pretty fast as much of the text just does not make sense. If a reader cannot understand what you are trying to mean they will not buy from you and will also not visit the site again.

    As to the design, I would use a more 'travelly' colour for the background - a light blue or warm sun like colours. Travel always makes a reader excited and by giving them visual eye candy they are more likely to stick around on your site. A site with a grey background is putting the reader off travel in a way; and its human nature that when things look good we are more than likely to hang around and browse further :)

    Site is a bit boring like marsil said. I would do the following to start.
    1. Move the nav links up and place the 120x600 below them
    2. Remove the spinning globe. its slow, low quality and is not worth using in 2011 lol sry
    3. Replace the header with the one I just made you below.
