    i think there are not certain ways for getting followers......
    if your post is interesting to targeted people then they will surely follow your blog without any force other wise nothing can force them to follow your blog so Good Content is the Basic key

    Are you talking about the blogspot literal "follow" button? Well I have experienced that following others is the best way to get followers. It is like a give and take relationship actually. But if you need real followers as I mean readers then invest in social media or even SEO.
