Buying Hiring experienced PHP programmer - 4 hours a day/80 hours a month

Skills: Very experienced in php/mysql & know ajax
Extra plus: PSD to XHTML/CSS to PHP (Integration) / Java
Attitude: Hard-working, friendly & willing to find solution.
Working hours: 4 hours per day / 5 days a week = 80 hours a month & long term

We are looking for someone who is very good in php programming + good working manners to work part time in our company. The right candidate will be given the opportunity to schedule their own working timetable with us one week ahead.The right candidate will have to work @ scheduled time & in front of their computer and report virtually to our manager with work in/work out time, progress & updates through MSN. Task usually involve modified premade script, xhtml to php integration and complete customization script.
