Are My Posts Properly SEO'd

Can someone take a look at one of my posts (my site is We Got This Covered) and look at the source code and tell me if my site is properly SEO'd, at least in some regard?

Also, I was told I had two meta descriptions on each page and I was told to remove one since that's bad to have two. Is that right?

I check out your Your Highness Review page. H1, title and meta keywords okay. You did not include the keyword in your meta description?

Looks good to me. Meta tags match content. Other factors are also in tact.

ok good. I still can't figure out why Google isn't displaying the meta descriptions for the snippet though

Just pick the important keyword and include it in the meta description. Also include relevant keyword in any part of the content and make it bold. Just don't overdo it.

Ok, when you say overdo it, what do you mean? I usually bold the movie title every time it shows up in the post, which could be 3-5 times, is that ok?

yes, about half a dozen time. You don't want to stumble all the keyword by overdoing it, you could get penalized for that.

As long as you maintain these metrics in your post content, there will be no problems in indexing
1.post length should be about 450 word count
2.content should be unique and copy scape passed.
3.keyword density can be up to 4%
These are the factors influence search engines regarding to your website content otherwise your site will be down sooner or later if you use copied content.
