I am placed this code for 301 redirect. Check this is correct?

    Options +FollowSymlinks
    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteCond %{http_Host} ^onlineseobusiness\.com [nc]
    RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.onlineseobusiness.com/$1 [R=301,L]

How long it will take time to work.

Before testing cann,t say it will work or not. Some times we enter correct code but not work. Better if you test it first.
