    really don't know how to do my job anymore.... my boss is very slow on the marketing strategy, I am in the export sales dept. but until now we still don't pay for a B2B, didn't attend any fairs...not any ad overseas.... what should I do...?

    Anyone need work boots please PM me...
    my sales amount is zero for a couple of months....

    Getting in a distributor foreign markets is always the best idea for enterprises like this rather than trying to crack new markets yourself. Presumably you can compete on price, that's generally the most important aspect (assuming that quality is up to standards).
