What Is PPC all about? For which purpose this mostly use? Its and Paid or Free Marketing? Please help me. Thanks!!
PPC stands for Pay Per Click. You place ads on the networks eg. Google Adwords or FB advertising, and decide on the maximum amount that you are prepared to spend if someone clicks on your ad. If your bid is high enough for the niche you are targeting then your ad will be posted on pages that have relevant content. If someone clicks on your ad you pay the network for that click and hopefully the click results in a sale for you. If you do not research your CPC (cost per click) and ROI (return on investment) you can end up spending a lot of money and getting nothing in return. I would suggest doing a bit of reseach first, use the Google help for Adwords as a starting point. Personally I prefer FB ads. Chow chow, Kevin
A pay-per-click ad is a small, four line ad consisting of a headline, two short lines of text and URL. It doesn't contain graphics, color variations, music or video, and you can't pay extra to get more space. Although they sound and look rather basic, pay-per-click ads are one of the most powerful ways of advertising today because they are so targeted.
In Short pay per click, PPC is an Internet marketing/online marketing way used to price online advertisements. In PPC programs the online advertisers will pay Internet Publishers the agreed upon PPC rate when an ad is clicked on, regardless if a sale is made or not. With pay per click in search engine advertising, the advertiser would typically bid on a keyword so the PPC rate changes. On single website -- or network of content websites -- the site publisher would usually set a fixed pay per click rate. Also called cost-per-click (CPC).
Usually you set up with a credit card to pay for the clicks. Then you gotta wait to get paid from your affiliate network so ideally you cover what you spent on your credit card and come out ahead with what's left over for a profit.
