    Or my Godaddy Account Information shows my information to who is database ?

    I would just sign up for an account. Then after you've signed up and deposited enough money for a domain, then buy it and it should ask you what profile you want to use. Otherwise, create a new domain registrant template first, then buy the domain and specifiy that you want to use that unique template. Which might be a relative or friend you're buying the domain for. That just happens to live 2 continents away from you.
