Another SEO for 4 keywords Project

I'd like to perform SEO for around 4 keywords. The goal is to bring the web page in top 3 of Google for local search results. The keywords are now sitting on page 1 & 2, but we need a little push to bring it on top of competition.
This is a one-year site and this is regular seo work that I do periodically to keep it healthy.

I will work on a fixed fee per site basis to get it in top 3 for the given keyword. Once you achieve the result, payment will be made. Therefore PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE FOR A MONTHLY CHARGING.

Hmmm... I think it is formal enough if you offer the lady with a good upfront payment... SEO always depends on hard work. Whether your site will be on first page or second page, it still needs hardwork especially if it is highly competitive keyword.
