    Hello Chris,

How's the dispute system on AlertPay? Is it like on PayPal that it's too easy for scammers to open a dispute and get back their money or is it a different procedure?

Thanks in advance for a clear answer on this one ;)

    Hi Aquarezz,

AlertPay's Transaction Dispute process is very different then Pp's. We try to make the process as fair as possible, we contact both the buyer and seller and listen to each person's side of the story. We do our best to protect both our buyers and sellers. If a buyer is running a scam then we will not grant them a refund.

    Hope this helps :)

    Hi xubair,

If you are in Pakistan there are several methods available for transferring money into your AlertPay account. To fund your account you can send a Bank Wire, a Certified check, or a Money Order. Make sure that you follow the correct procedure before sending your deposit to us. To do this make sure that you initiate the deposit from your AlertPay account.

To do this follow these steps:
    1. Login to your AlertPay account.
    2. Click on "Deposit".
    3. Select the transaction type of your choice.
    5. Enter in transaction details.
    6. Confirm details.

Follow these instructions and you should be able to transfer funds into your AlertPay account :)

    Hi Indian123,

AlertPay would not close down someone's account without a good reason. If you like I can take a look at your account and try to figure out what the issue is. Would you be able to send me your email address through a PM, and I'll try to help you out :)

I did not know AlertPay closed accounts. What are the reason grounds for account closure in AlertPay?

    Hi,

Generally AlertPay will only close an account if someone is going against our User Agreement, which can be found here: AlertPay User Agreement

    Hope this clarifies things :)

    Give him a break man.

All payment processors close accounts even for no reasons and this is nothing new.

Local bank transfers for indians has been a issue since ages. But still alertpay doesnt help indians in any way.Their bankwire takes weeks to reach, cheque takes months lol.alertpay has worst service ever.

If someone sends fraudulent funds to us for paying for a service, the funds reverseback.

Finally the person who accepted the funds will loose the money.Theres no guarantee upto 30days of receiving such fraudulent funds.Who knows where the sender got the funds from. The alertpay doesnt take care of such scammers who use fraud cc etc.
