Can any one tell me which is the best SEO step to get more traffic and more back link to the site.If some one know then please tell me.

Two different things to consider. You have to make sure that your "on page" SEO is optimized first. And to get a fairly decent number of backlinks, you need to consider using some type of software/backlink sites.

Manually doing your backlinks is not only time consuming.... But can drive you crazy.

I've had great success with Onlywire (social submitter) and one or two other tools....

 

Take a look at these two articles - SEO Basics and increase backlinks, it should be plenty to get you going.

 

1. Share your website in facebook and twitter.
2. Bookmark your website in digg or delicious.
3. Submit your website in dmoz.org
4. Guest writing. Write guest post on high PR websites.
5. Commenting also good way.

 

Get links from old, mature, and high ranking sites.

Matt Cutts talks about this in some of his videos. The example he gives is something like, which one is better 1,000 links from trashy spam sites, or 10 links from sites like Harvard and Yale. The 10 links from high ranking sites are better.

 

Firstly,check your on page and off page seo,then start building back link using article and blog marketing

 

Keep commenting and asking questions on the forums, also directory submission. While you are doing this enter into Google SERPs "back linking tips" and you will get all the free advise you can handle.

 

Review the websites of your competitors and copy and inovate on their ideas

The methods are plenty buy hard work and time is needed ...

 

The higher the PR the better although low PR relevant sites are also good.

make sure you get your back links indexed aswell, or there is little point in having them

The best way and free as well is to find some good highly ranked quality authority sites/blogs and put genuine comments with a link to your site. Facebook and twitter are just a medium to get more and more eyeballs to the post you put on those sites. Eventually these eyeballs will convert into traffic for your site. However now-a-days you have to even implement proper and smart viral marketing tactics to get traffic from Facebook.

 

Try to create at least 1 back link a day, that's gonna help a lot for your website.

 

My SEO expert friend told me never get more that 25 per day otherwise it look suspicious (and unorganic) to Google.

 

And ur seo expert friend absolutely right, its good amount for daily plan untill ur site not heavy weight, after that u can create as much links as u want without worry...
