    This is an old vBulletin forum of mine that has not been used in a while. No regular members visit anymore but it still receives a small amount of traffic from search engines. All content is original submitted by the former community.

    The license is expired. You can still download up to 3.8.4 PL2 or 4.0.0 PL2. Neither of these are the latest releases though. The latest releases are 3.8.7 or 4.1.3. To access those, you will need to renew the license.

    I'm not sure what you consider transferable but I will provide the auction winner with access to the vB members area. I've done this before without any problems.
