Site looks good overall.

Here are a few suggestions:
Try incorporating an image into your banner and make it a link back to your homepage.
When I first went to the site I got an error Embedding this video was disabled by it's owner; it was the Asian Dub Foundation - Real Great Britain video. I clicked on several others and they all worked fine.
Edit your articles so they don't all have the same published date; spread them out a little.
Consider adding some explanation on the Upload page why the user needs to login. Also consider giving them a link to the Register page if they don't have an account yet.

Hey, did you import all videos from youtube and will you continue importing videos from youtube further? If you have fixed your mind to do that I would say to you that will be a wrong idea.

Maaaaaaaaan, create video by your own and label with Rogtube logo and then upload. Please do what I say otherwise you will be finished, means your site will go down.

Design is not better. You should optimize sidebars also. There should be a right sidebar also to give a better look. "Now Playing" video is taking too much space. You can optimize it with appropriate sidebars.

 

Use good flash player for your online videos...
