Till now I've the following list for Indian publishers:
    1) Adsense - pays highest amount, but very strict
    2) Chitika - Tried it but could not find picture ads, also showing highly irrelevant ads wrt India audience
    3) Adbrite - I'll try today, but heard that pays next to nothing.
    4) Admaya - will look into it
    5) Tyroo - Cheap site, does not let me in even after filling everything correctly.
    6) DGM-India - Just now opened account, looks promising, till now no response.

I want to add that my site is getting on average: 1500 visitors daily with more than 5000 page views daily.

    Updated as of today
    2) Chitika - Showing all US ads only. Suspended the ads.
    3) Adbrite - Does not have Indian advertisers. Suspended the ads
    4) Admaya - Applied yesterday, pending approval
    5) Tyroo - Sent a customer request, no response
    6) DGM-India - till now no response.

I don't think there may be anymore from India.

As far as I think Bidadvertiser & Infolink publish US based ads and not India-related ads.
