Before submitting in DMOZ, need to read it terms and conditions. DMOZ have their on own criteria for approving any website in listing

Many times ya say? Well of course you are not listed... you didn't read the guidelines! There is a fair chance you have both been banned as spammers for multiple submissions!

RTFM can go a loooooong way!

Why did you submit more than once? Maybe you have been tagged as a spammer....

But I've submitted only once and that is near about 5 months ago. Yet not approved. So i think can I submit again or not because 5 month is really very frustrating.

Its also a very silly thing to do. All you did is overwrite the previous submission with the new date and if the editors sorts the sites by date of submission, you just moved your site to the back, further adding to your frustration!

Well, as dcristo says, if your site is nothing but piece of crap and your content is suck
then no matter how many times you read terms and conditions it won't change that fact.

    :)

The short answer - you don't. It is totally at the discretion of the moderators who are volunteers and get around to it when they can.

There is nothing that you can do to speed up a review for a possible listing. It can take from a few days to a few YEARS for that review to take place. That is because the site waits in the suggestions pool until someone volunteers to work in that area and use the suggestions pool. No one can predict when that will be.

But you can affect the outcome of the review by ensuring that your site complies with the guidelines clearly available from DMOZ.org under "submit a site". Please also note one of those guidelines is to not submit a site more than ONCE. Doing so can disadvantage it and with enough submissions can make your site be seen as spam, canned and banned.
